LeapXpert’s 1.9 release brings a wealth of new features. These include enhanced permission controls, increased confidentiality options and the ability to send broadcast messages.
LeapXpert’s new release delivers features that enhance FMOP’s ability to support secure confidential employee-to-client and employee-to-employee conversations. Proving corporates can use WhatsApp, WeChat and other leading messaging applications to engage with customers. While still maintaining control, visibility and regulatory compliance..
Secure, confidential engagement
LeapXpert has introduced confidential rooms where conversation exports require elevated administrator privileges. Customer conversations that require an increased level of security and privacy are now possible. As they are within the LeapXpert environment, they are still subject to mandated audit and governance controls. Private doesn’t mean invisible with this feature.
Many organizations require that certain roles, geographies or departments are silo-ed or ring-fenced from each other. This release includes the ability to create “ethical walls”. Admins can create rooms for specific groups, with rules on inclusions and exclusions. If a pre-set condition is breached then LeapXpert sends an alert. Messaging groups are configured to include only those who should be there, ensuring conversations stay within the right walls and between the right people.
Sharing what is important – restricted permission controls
The release includes permission controls for sending documents. This solves the issue of data leakage. Admins can control whether an individual can send a document and what kinds of document – from file type to restricting a keyword. Organizations can prevent a document that has been classified as internal-only from being sent to someone external. They can also choose what kinds of documents they want to support – they may decide that their organization will not support videos, so an employee cannot send them either internally or externally.
Voice notes are now included as a document type. These audio notes are a commonly used feature of consumer messengers. Additionally, employees can now issue broadcast messages to employees and customers with updates, offers or announcements using the LeapXpert platform. Sent from within LeapXpert’s platform, broadcast messages are subject to the same level of compliance, audit and analytics that one-to-one messages are. This allows organizations to record, analysis and use the data captured in responses.
Employee functionality – easier to use
There are also usability features for employees. Users can now track the delivery state of their messages across multiple platforms like WeChat and WhatsApp. This includes read, delivered, and deleted. The LeapXpert user can see that the other party has deleted the message, but the message remains in the LeapWork application.
With this new release LeapXpert has improved the ability for employees and customers to flexibly engage in a secure, easy-to-use environment. The features that ensure that companies keep visibility of their customer interactions remain.
