Two LegalTech Awards
LeapXpert recently won the ALITA “Outstanding Legal Innovator Award,” recognizing our platform for allowing lawyers to communicate with clients via their favorite messaging app securely and responsibly.
The Asia Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology Association’s annual awards is a prestigious award program that recognizes the LegalTech and innovation ecosystem contributors across Asia-Pacific.
LeapExpert was selected as one of the three finalists for the Legal Innovator (LegalTech Entrant) category by a panel of 14 esteemed judges. According to the organizers “This award recognizes an exceptional startup company contributing to future legal landscape transformation by adopting innovative technologies.”
Finalists were invited to the live in-person ALITA Awards 2022 ceremony at the TechLawFest, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on July 20, where our Vice President of Customer Success Manoj Paradkar accepted the award on our behalf.
This award came on the heels of the 2021 LegalTech Award, which was awarded to us by The American Chamber of Commerce last year.

1. Build better relationships with clients and provide superior service
While lawyers have become attached to emails as a primary mode of communication, clients increasingly want to communicate via instant messaging apps, such as WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Signal, SMS, iMessage, Slack, and Telegram. 2. Data visibility, retention & supervision

We work with the leading archiving solutions to create an indelible and accessible copy of each and every message and file sent over messaging. In case of a dispute, complaint, investigation, Government request, or subpoena, all records are retained and can easily be accessed.
Archived data also includes all deleted, disappeared, and recalled messages captured along with key metadata such as the date and time messages sent, received, deleted, etc. enabling law firms to have an effective system for supervising clients’ matters.
