LeapXpert releases WeCom integration

LeapXpert today announced that enterprises using the popular WeCom platform can take advantage of the benefits of its Federated Messaging Orchestration Platform (FMOP™). WeCom has now been added to the many channels, including WeChat that customers, employees and enterprises can access over FMOP.

Enterprises who are using WeCom to engage with their customers can now, using FMOP, add a layer of audit, compliance, security, monitoring and integration to other business-critical tools to their conversations.

With FMOP, enterprises can maintain the WeChat experience, still enjoy all the included enterprise-level applications that come with WeCom but conversations can be integrated into archiving platforms.

FMOP also delivers a comprehensive client management module that allows integration of conversations with existing CRMs within the enterprise. This also includes the ability for a WeCom user to see enriched client information from both within the WeCom platform and the enterprise’s existing CRM.
