LeapXpert has won yet another 2022 award.
This time we received the most votes in the “Best Innovative Technology for Regulatory Compliance” category of the A-Group’s RegTech Insight Awards – USA 2022.
Thomas A. Venezia, our EVP, Managing Director Americas, received the award on our behalf. It was given during a reception last night following the A-Team Group’s RegTech Summit in New York City.
Why it matters
The award confirms our position as a market leader for corporate communications compliance technology and formally recognizes the power of our innovative solution, which provides organizations peace of mind by creating an accessible digital record of all business interactions conducted over mobile messaging and voice applications.
The LeapXpert Communications Platform is the pioneering Federated Messaging Orchestration Platform. It enables employees to interact with clients on mobile messaging applications and voice channels with strict data security, control, and governance while fulfilling record-keeping requirements for regulatory and enterprise compliance.

Ready for the challenges of the future
In the last year, both American and European regulators have launched high-profile probes into alleged communications compliance violations, some of which ended with multimillion-dollar fines for the firms in question. Laws and regional regulations around business communications are constantly in flux, which complicates compliance efforts, Pardo noted.
“With investigations meaning that a company’s good name can be forever damaged and that they can potentially suffer serious financial penalties even for unintentional violations, it’s clear that compliance is now mission critical,” he said.
