In Governed Mode, employees can communicate with clients using platforms like WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, WeChat MiniApp, and more. They are required to use applications such as LeapXpert’s dedicated Desktop, iOS, and Android app – Leap Work, as well as the Leap Work integrations for Microsoft Teams and Slack. These applications can be installed on both corporate and personal devices. Enterprises have the ability to capture messages, detect and block security threats like viruses and malware in real-time, and implement information barriers, data leakage prevention policies, and more.
