What is a user?

A User is an employee or a named user whose data is captured, processed, and archived by The LeapXpert Communications Platform.

What's the difference between Business and Business Plus packages?

The main difference is that Business Plus includes iMessage and SMS support in addition to WhatsApp, and built-in connectors with leading archiving systems

Who is the Business package for?

The Business package is suitable for small and medium financial firms such as RIAs, hedge funds or venture capital firms. It will only take a few minutes for you to start archiving WhatsApp conversations with clients for regulatory purposes.

How do I pay my subscription?

LeapXpert will send you an invoice. You can then pay through our payment service provider Stripe, which accepts credit cards, bank transfers, and more.

How can I change my plan?

Please contact our customer success team to change plans.

Can I deploy Business or Business plus packages in my private cloud or on-premise?

At this moment, it's not possible. We only offer a SaaS - multitenant model - for Business and Business Plus packages.
