What is RCS messaging and how does LeapXpert support it?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is a protocol that enhances SMS with modern features like read receipts, typing indicators, and media sharing. Apple supports RCS from iOS 18 and above for most carriers, but not all. RCS comes by default on Android phones but is not supported by all carriers. LeapXpert captures RCS messages for iPhones and Android phones for most carriers.
