As we prepare to bid farewell to 2024, I’d like to reflect on a transformative year at LeapXpert, marked by groundbreaking innovations, strategic partnerships, and recognition across the global stage.
Here is a month-by-month journey of how we reshaped the communication landscape for business success. Or at least some highlights…
January: Setting the Stage for Success
- We kicked off the year at Commodities Trading Week APAC, engaging with leading commodities firms to discuss how LeapXpert’s solutions bolster compliance in communications. These conversations laid the foundation for impactful relationships and industry insights that would guide us throughout the year.
- Also in January, Tom Arbuthnot, a Microsoft MVP and Microsoft Certified Master, blogged about our innovative Teams solution. Many Teams power users read the blog and contacted us for more information.
- We sponsored a new report, XLoD’s Global post-event report: An enterprise-wide view of non-financial risk across the 3 lines of defence
- Also in January, we put out this guide for lawyers explaining the risks and benefits of using consumer messaging channels by law firms.
- The month ended with a plethora of new customers, and a great article in Asian Private Banker detailing our work with private bankers in the continent.
February: Expanding Horizons
February was a whirlwind of activity:
- We exhibited at Verint Engage 2024 in sunny Thailand, showcasing how our platform enhances communication compliance.
- At MWC Barcelona, we hosted a meeting room to connect with leading service providers. Avi Pardo, Co-founder and CBO of LeapXpert, was interviewed by the conference organizers to share his vision for a Single Professional Identity. The video was screened at MWC venues across the city.
- In partnership with SteelEye, we went on to host a roundtable in London, fostering dialogue about the future of communications compliance.
- And we announced an exciting partnership with ASC, introducing a joint solution for Microsoft Teams users to ensure compliance in their communications. The reception of this news exceeded our expectations, garnering coverage in many industry publications.
March: Pioneering AI-Powered Communication
- March saw the unveiling of our AI-driven innovation, Maxen™ on stage at Enterprise Connect Orlando. Designed for front-office employees, Maxen unlocks communication intelligence, strengthens client relationships, and boosts productivity.
- We also published a whitepaper about communications intelligence and updated our platform whitepaper.
- In addition, this March eBook laid out a strategy for commodity trading firms to adopt digital communications governance solutions.
- We ended the quarter by exceeding our targets.
April: Recognized for Excellence
The second quarter kicked off with recognition from our customer Kyte Broking:
- Kyte Broking adopted LeapXpert’s platform to enhance client engagement through WhatsApp and Telegram, with Deputy Head of Compliance Joergen Jaehnig stating:

- “The partnership with LeapXpert and SteelEye has transformed our client communications and improved the efficiency of our processes.”

- LeapXpert was listed among the Top 20 eComms Surveillance Providers by Regtech A-Team.
- Our EVP Americas Tom Venezia was invited to speak on a panel at the ACA 2024 Conference and we went on to host another roundtable with SteelEye in New York.
- At the NA Cloud and Collaboration Summit in Texas, we connected with industry leaders to discuss evolving compliance needs.
May: Front-Office Solutions That Shine
- In May, we were honored to win Asian Private Banker’s Best Front Office Solution award, recognizing our role in enhancing communication capabilities for private banks and wealth managers in Asia-Pacific.

- “LeapXpert was able to demonstrate effectively to the Technology Awards judging panel that it significantly deepened its penetration within the region’s private banking and wealth management community, including client wins among leading institutions in the space”

- We also sponsored the 2024 Surveillance Benchmarking Survey & Report
- Our May guide to Telegram in the workplace was very well received as May came to a close.
- We received the Chairman’s Award for APAC Region’s RegTech Awards
June: A Month of Milestones
June pushed us through the middle of the year and brought numerous achievements:
- LeapXpert was included in Glencore’s market surveillance framework and report.

- “Alongside our other strategic advancements, we identified LeapXpert as the most suitable system for mobile communications capture. Once implementation is concluded, LeapXpert will integrate into Behavox, enabling a cohesive surveillance strategy across diverse communication channels.”

- Our AI innovation, particularly around communication intelligence, then propelled us to the AI Fintech 100 list.
- Microsoft awarded us the ISV Partner of the Year, a third-year running.
- For the first time, we attended RSA Conference San Francisco and met many UC professionals at Commverse 2024.
- In “Power Up Teams,” a joint webinar with Microsoft and ASC, speakers from the three companies explained how to seamlessly integrate compliant and governed messaging to apps such as WhatsApp and iMessage directly into Teams.
- We went on to publish this guide for the public sector to understand the risks and benefits of using WhatsApp.
- We also sponsored XLoD Global NY, which drew hundreds of compliance and surveillance professionals, and attended the Global Private Banker Summit London.
- And in this blog post we explained how integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with our platform helps manage clients, employees and client conversations at scale.
- We ended the month with the “RegTech of the Year in the UK & Europe Region” award by The RegTech Association.
July: Unified Communications Leadership
- July started off with a very prestigious accolades, UC Award’s Best Unified Communications Platform <$250M, underscoring our leadership in the UC space.

- “LeapXpert’s exceptional work in [building] the Best Unified Communications Platform < $250M has helped push the category forward,” said Rob Scott, Publisher at UC Today, the leading international news publication honoring excellence in UC & Collaboration technology, which hosted the event on Thursday. “We are thrilled to see LeapXpert’s accomplishments acknowledged at UC Awards 2024.”

- We also were named finalists in WatersTechnology Rankings for Best Trading Floor Communications System Provider and Best Market Surveillance Provider.
- In this summer month we were included in Gartner’s Hype Cycle for Data Security.
- And we partnered with Shield to publish one of the first comprehensive guides to DCGA.
August: Securing Strategic Wins
- Although August tends to be a quieter month, we were able to sign our biggest deal ever.
- We then participated in the HKT RegTech Solutions event.
- August continued with the publishing of this eBook, which guides non-regulated enterprises on how to comply with the new DoJ guidelines on record retention.
September: Expanding Our Global Footprint
In September, LeapXpert:
- Signed a strategic partnership with a top US service provider.
- Opened a new office in the Philippines to support our growing global customer base.
- Ran a successful joint webinar with our partner FIS about off-channel communications and compliance, drawing quite the crowd, closing a very strong third quarter.
October: Innovation and Recognition
October highlights included:
- Winning Regulation Asia’ 2024 Excellence Award for Best Communications Surveillance Solution award.
- Our Messaging Impersonation Detection solution was selected as a finalist in the RegTech Association’s Global Anti-Scam Challenge, judged by the National Australia Bank.
- Introducing our AI-driven Messaging Security Suite, featuring groundbreaking impersonation detection.
- Our team also participated in HK FinTech Week, NSCP 2024, and the Cavell Summit NA, where our Founder & CEO Dima Gutzeit spoke about the future of modern communications.
- The Compliance Mandate, a new eBook, explained why companies need to rethink solutions to eComms governance.
November: Awards and Partnerships
- In November we partnered with IPC, a company that has been at the forefront of technology innovation in trading communications systems for more than 50 years.
- November brought further recognition as well, the most significant one being ranked 113th on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a list of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 30th year.
- In addition to being ranked in the 113th place overall, the company’s achievements include:

- A noteworthy publication in November is this eBook, reimagining what can be done with MS Teams, as well as this eBook about messaging security threats.
December: Closing on a High Note
We ended the year with a flourish:
- We announced a partnership with HKT and a first successful deployment at the Bank of East Asia.

- Stephen Leung, Group Chief Information Officer, General Manager and Head of Technology and Productivity Division at BEA, said, “We are excited to adopt LeapXpert’s communication solution through HKT’s infrastructure. The solution enables a secure and centralised platform to conduct real-time communication with customers, enhancing our interaction capabilities while keeping compliance requirements in check. This collaboration contributes to BEA’s vision to be a preferred and trusted banking partner for our customers.”

- We were named to the RegTech 100 2025 as one of the most innovative RegTech companies.
- We went on to publish a blog post explaining our differentiating approach to contact management.
- LeapXpert closed 2024 with an impressive ARR growth compared to 2023, cementing our position as a leader in governed communication.
As we look ahead to 2025, we remain committed to driving innovation, empowering businesses, and setting new benchmarks in communication and compliance. Here’s to another groundbreaking year ahead!
