They can either use a corporate or personal phone number. Whether using Native or Governed Mode, all client conversations are captured and centralized in The LeapXpert Communications Platform. LeapXpert does not capture any employee conversations over the native WeChat application.

Do clients still use their WeChat application when communicating with employees?
When employees use Microsoft Teams or the Leap Work app, clients must use LeapXpert's WeChat mini program within their WeChat application. When employees use WeCom, the WeChat protocol is used, allowing clients to use their native WeChat application.
